This is a small cup inspired by a type of Japanese sake cup called a guinomi. However, it can be used for whiskey, tequila, or whatever you prefer to sip on!
My slipware items are decorated by having white slip, red slip, or a mixture of both applied to them by dipping, brushing, or slip trailing.
My pots are wheel thrown using a dark stoneware clay, and fired in an electric kiln to a mid range temperature (cone 6). I make all of the slips and glazes that are used to decorate my work.
