Wheel-thrown crock with raised stamp and handles. Bare clay exterior fired in our woodfired kiln. Watertight and food safe. 10oz volume. Dishwasher and microwave safe.
 
This pot was fired upside-down on the floor of our wood fired kiln. It was partially buried in ember piles throughout the firing resulting in a bluish grey surface on one side. The other features warm reddish brown tones with a remarkably clear delineation between the two sides.
